Hebrews 10:24-25 New International Version
24 And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, 25 not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
God did not intend for us to live in isolation. Jesus taught us that stepping apart to commune with God is essential, but even he kept a support group with him wherever he went. The truth is, we all need a different perspective sometimes to see things clearly. We can get that from trusted fellow-believers. We all need encouragement when we’re down. Some great ideas may come to us, but we think we are inadequate or maybe a little afraid to try them on our own. But when there is strength in numbers, these great ideas may become good deeds.  The bonds we form when working together in Jesus’ name become precious to us.
Come to church. Be with others who love Jesus. Be encouraged. You may find out that you can reflect his love and encouragement to others…something to pray about.
